Randy and Kenneth offer a vast array of experience and expertise to serve your commercial real estate needs.
Randy graduated from the University of North Carolina, with a degree in Economics, then went to work for Merrill Lynch, where he spent 8 years as a retail account executive. After that, ten years at Bear Stearns earned Randy the title of Limited Partner. In 1992, Randy purchased a manufacturing company, which he took from $2 Million per year in sales to $20 Million when he sold the company. After consulting for 2 years focusing on corporate restructuring projects, Randy moved to Topsail Island in 2005 and began practicing commercial real estate brokerage in the Southeastern North Carolina region. His emphasis has been on tenant rep work, medical office buildings and NNN buyers/sellers. In his tenant rep work Randy represents a major grocery group, an auto parts company, several fast foods companies, a medical office developer and a convenience store chain. Throughout the years represented many buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with a wide range commercial real estate and has consistently been amongst the top commercial agents for RE/MAX in North Carolina.
Kenneth graduated from Appalachian State University in 2004 with degrees in Marketing and Business Management. He has been selling real estate since 2005, primarily focusing on the residential segment. Having grown up in Wilmington, Kenneth's knowledge of the area, as well as general understanding of construction has served him well in real estate. In early 2015, with guidance from the veteran, Randy, Kenneth embarked on a new journey into the commercial real estate marketplace. Since that time, Kenneth has worked on development projects, retail leasing and tenant representation, industrial properties, and raw land.
